should this be done very slowly? you have to be so careful putting the bac water in and lightly swirling it...drawing it into a 30 gauge insulin needle just seems very aggressive. when i draw it to the 30 mark it bubbles up slightly..is that enough to damage the growth?

The HGH is in a vacuum so when you insert the insulin pin into the vial the vacuum will draw the BW into the vial at it's own pace. Just don't depress the plunger just let the BW go in by itself. You don't need to swirl it. Just let it sit. If you want to provide a little agitation, gently tip the vial about 45 degrees and roll the vial between your fingers. Make sure the HGH solution is not swirling. You do not want to swirl the HGH solution. Very gently roll the vial between your fingers and set it down and let the HGH dissolve. Before you draw the HGH from the vial pressurize the vial a little by injecting some air into it. Then invert the vial and draw the HGH solution slowly. If there is positive pressure in the vial the HGH solution will come into the syringe with little to no bubbles. If it bubbles a little, it's ok. What're you gonna do? Just use it. Good luck.

I would say you need to be more careful when injecting the hgh into your body. Make sure that you are injecting at a slow pace to ensure the hgh will not crash...just don't push the plunger violently and you should be fine.
