HGH - and advice for a 45 year old dude.

    Hi Everyone,
I have just started on HGH 4iu per day. The recommendation is 2x2iu - can I just do 1x4iu?

    Age 45
    BF - +/-20% unsure
    Weight 190
    Height 5'9"

Goals, well I have always been a little overweight I guess I am an endo/meso body type - I gain fat very easily (like I dream about food and put on weight... My goal is to reduce my BF and increase my muscle mass. My metabolism I would say is slow.

Activities - I am in pretty good cardio shape, I play lots of (intense) squash, hiking, skiing, hockey, I do v. little muscle conditioning other than pushups. I live at fairly high altitude 1700m.

Any recommendations, advice would be v welcome. I am considering a deca cycle.

    Many thanks in advance.
    C.

I just do 5iu/ed in the morning as soon as I wake up. Been doing it for 4 years. Still getting good results. I wouldn't do an AAS cycle at your body fat % there's a good chance you'll get bad sides. You need to bring the body fat down into the low teens before you cycle. Diet and cardio worked well for me along with the HGH in dropping fat.

^^ ideally? from what all I read around here? around 15%....yet some cycle with much higher BF.

The nutrition forum is your best bet IMHO. Go there and get your BF down, then cycle and you will be much happier with your results.

I disagree... Hes 45.... Yes nutrition and training are paramount but for GH at 45... just start.... look at it like a LONG term thing.... Like until your dead

Also look into a little clen and t3.... But at 45 your test levels are a little low too... If your seriously dedicated this is what i would advise:

    250mg Test E/C EW
    .25mg arimidex ED
    50mcg T3 ED
    60-80 mcg CLEN ED
3-5 IU GH ED Morning on an empty stomach....

thats basically an HRT therapy with fat loss aids...

^^ perhaps misinterpreted. OP asked about a cycle not HRT. He asked what is the best BF recommended for cycling? I answered with ideally somewhere around 15%
    plain and simple.

Nothing was mentioned regarding his taking hgh as far as whether to take it or not.

So the good news, I realized I am 44 not 45 (woohoo!). The bad news I'm losing my mind...

So, getting my BF down, I do lots of cardio work and my calorie consumption is reasonable. The only times I have been able to reduce my BF in the past is starving myself combined with lots of daily cardio - 1-2 hours per day. But I no longer have the time and more importantly my knees cannot take the punishment - I am ex army and years of running in boots combined with squash takes its toll.

So I am all ears, hit me with your best advice how do I bring down my BF?

if lifting and diet are truely on par there is no reason why you cant hit single digits with less than an hour of cardio 5x's a week low impact stuff.. treadmill on an incline bringing your heart rate up to 130-135 BPM...

You should never be starving yourself.
