just wanna look like a statue.. lil help?
whats up guys, just got a question on hgh,, im 23 6'3 260, i was 335 after i took a weightlifting hiatus after college football (ubber crazy huh) yeah.. but anyways i lost that all natural and still dont feel like i am where i wanna be.. i wanna be leaner, i cleaned my diet up ALOT!.. just been thinkin about HGH to supplement?.. what do you think?

Congrats on the weight loss. I am in the same boat right now. Played college football, let myself go and decided it was time for a change and now i am down to 234. But right now there is no need to look anywhere else than diet and training right now. Im sure it seems perfect but i guarantee you there is some flaws that can be easily corrected by the guys here. Head over to the diet forum and post your diet. From there it can be tweaked to suit you.
What are you currently doing for cardio?

i do 30 mins jogging up hill like 3 times a week, ill vary the speed.. i know i can do better on my diet you are right.. am i still to big for an anabolis cycle??

Im assuming at 260 you are still a little high in bodyfat which can bring about many unwanted sides when using AAS.

my bodyfat is 20% give or take.. but thats with that handheld thingy.. so i should drop more weight huh?

Yes i would recommend getting down under 15% before considering turning to anything

I was 6'2" at 260lbs last year at around 20% bf. I was big but felt and looked like complete shit. I did a huge cut and went down to 22-225lbs at 9%bf (ish). I felt terribly small and weak, and all my lifts went down. This year I did another huge bulk but kept it very clean, Sitting at 250ish at around 14%bf....Do a big cut before run gear, you will look THAT much better when you bulk again.
