    time to thank those who have helped

    Not sure where to post this, but i spend most my time in this section so i decided this is the best place.

    when i found this forum i weighed about 295 now at 200. many have helped with solid advice especially in this section, as well as the nutrition. i will post there as well.

    For those who are new and looking to get good advice you found the right place. These guys really are here to help, even if the advise is not what you wanted most here have nothing to gain so take the good with the bad and you will see the changes. here are a couple pic one from day one of my weight loss basically starting same day i found this site the other from about 4 months ago.
