I use Norditropin 30 mg pens that come reconstituted. They are to be kept between 36 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit. I keep it in a mini-fridge at 36 degrees, but that fridge depends on ambient temperature to keep stable. Well, today it was 90 degrees out and someone turned off the house A/C so when I came back home after about 4 or 5 hours I saw my fridge was at 55 degrees. The back of the fridge was completely covered in frost. The HGH itself didn't feel cold at all even though it usually does. It is still clear of course, but I have read on the forum that HGH molecules are killed when out of temperature range. I don't know whether to keep injecting myself with this stuff or stop and wait a few days for a new shipment.
