yep. two ways to increase GH in the body.

exogeneous GH (fancy way of saying outside source)
    indogeneous GH (inside source)

exogeneous, such as direct inject of GH, can be a nightmare due to, well, we all know the probs of securing a legit source, and then getting it into the country.

but there are two ways for improving your own GH production.

orally via secretagues (arginine, gaba and glutamine in order of effectiveness)
or injected subQ (like ghrp-6 or cjc 1295 w/o DAC)

and since women have a pituatary gland just like men then these methods work equally well in both genders.

the secretagues do NOT work as well as pinning peptides subQ. not even close. but they do work to a certain extent. the older you get, the less likely a secretague will work, until you hit 40something, then just give it up.

Peps and GH work more effectively per IU the older you get. Kinda weird, huh? but there it is.

PM me if you need more.

the first answer was just a simple peptide explanation since GH is commonly taking as part of a life extension regimine.

However, this is just the tip of the iceberg. If you are interested in the aspect of Life Extension, there is a WEALTH of information out there that we do not discuss here, since this is a body building forum, not a forum to discuss the aspects of life extension.

    check this out:
    http://www.futurescience.com/contents.html

    and perhaps this emagizine:
    http://www.lef.org/

there you will find the scientific data to support longevity claims through the use of

    resveratrol (mitochondrial repair and health)
deprenyl (protects the brain against anti aging)
    COQ10
    PQQ (an anti aging peptide)
and on and on and on....

i'm 50 now, look and feel like im about 30ish (cept for the gray hair), and fully expect to have a very healthy and active life well into my 80's or beyond.

You are more than welcome to join the club!!

Thanks Roman for the info. I don't have time to research the links today but will do so and ask more questions. I am more of a naturalist so looking for natural way...I got my diet figured out and I am revamping my workout, and looking at options

I want to feel like I am 30ish when I turn 50 but I am really looking for quality of life when I am able to retire. I enjoy life now, but there a few things that I wish to do later, that I can't now!

    Thanks again!

Right there with you TR; I am in that club. Left the gym the other day and hit up my vitamin shop to pick up a few things. Guy behind the counter says "really man, you look great for..what...40?" I will be 52 next month!

By the way, I take all above and am a HUGE advocate of Deprenyl (Selegiline)...do a Google search on it and see how wonderful this drug is for your health and longevity!

remember, it is only a preventative. you won't notice a difference in how you feel.

Hate to steal the post. Spank me if I am. I've just read about how Deprenyl is like a wonder drug with the added release of deopamine. Do you think a lot of the stuff on the internet is hype?

for a few years i was buying my deprenyl from a hungarian pharmacy. no. it is not a wonder drug. no, i noticed no "euphoric" benefits from the release of added dopamine. if that is what some marketing claims are, that part is total BS.

You don't feel anything from taking deprenyl. it is only a preventative and aids in minimizing some aging of the brain.

don't ask me why i stopped taking deprenyl. I need to start again....

I was very surprised to read various medical studies that stat GH is secreted during fasting. There are various books also in intermittent fasting out there that i have read. Not naming any of them of fear that people will think once again i am a troll LOL.

I have read a new one yesterday and will start doing this new diet, also being faster for 12-15 hours is quite possible if you stop eating at say 8pm at night and eat at noon the next day, this diet also has carbs, cutting carbs will only slow down the thyroid. And red meat, last time i IF i got anemia but i think i did it too hard.

There are also studies with glutamine, arginine, GABA and melatonin the last one wrecks me like crazy at all dosage when i take it i feel tired all day after that.

Like i said i am far from having a tone of money, also my girlfriend is not too happy to see me inject GH or other drugs like testosterone in my body, i will use up the rest of my GH to repair my body but after that........... if i can find natural alternatives to use i will.

I rather put $$$ on a trip to Mexico when i am all healed up then on GH.. but that is just me.
