    Dsip

Has anyone used this peptide? There doesn't seem to be much info on people's experiences with it. Does it work?

    How extreme is your insonmia?

I'm assuming that is why you're looking into it.......

I run it at 100-125mgs each night.

    Works great.

I havent myself but I have been looking into this recently (I have alot of sleep issues) and there is some feedback out there and people seem to like it.
I think I will be giving it a go some time soon.
Aslong as you don't feel groggy the next day from it, and that does not seem to be the case so its a +.

Let us know how it goes if you study it before me! :-)

I love dsip. I get up earlier than normal and feeling great!

I've read that 100-125mcg is what others have done and that seems to be the sweet spot for me too. One vial is lasting me forever which is also nice.

I can go to sleep rather quickly but only sleep maybe 5 or so hours on a good night. Melatonin helps some I guess but not really noticeable. The only way to get 7+ hrs is Benadryl and that is hit or miss if I'm groggy the next day.

Hey MrFantastic and Walnutz is the 100-125 mcg right before bed every night? It seems I just crash one day on the weekend and end up staying in bed for 10 or so hours. I'd like to sleep somewhat normal through out the week.

How much BW do you dilute this with? What is 100 mcg on an insulin syringe?

Yep, right before bed. That's the dose i take, you might need to play around with it a bit.
