    How does this look?

    Months 1-3 4iu hgh 5/2
    Months 3-6 4iu hgh 5/2 + 12 week aas
    AAS- weeks 1-10 sus 500 e3d weeks 8-12 win 50tab ed
    Months 6-9 4iu hgh 5/2 + PCT from aas.
    Tweaks? Concerns?
    Working diet with dietitian. Clean.
    Proteins 1-1.6 per lb of body weight
    Carbs 2.5 per lb of body weight
    Fats - .25 per lb of body weight
    Would 3iu Ed be better? When to pin hgh?

    I'm no expert, but it does appear you have a descent plan of attack. Some basic questions would be, are you planning to run an AI? What sort of PCT are you planning? What are your stats?

    I am 5'7 147 and 27 yo.
    Pct is either clomid 50 Nolva 20 ed 4weeks.
    Or arima stage 5 pct. I hear good things about it.
    My biggest issue is keeping gains. I believe a lot of my weight loss recently was due to a switch to night shift, I ended up changing positions and working 12 to 830am. My body deff hated me the last few weeks. I would like to be at 160 to 165lb but that will take some time. 15-20lb lean kept muscle in 9 months should d achievable I think. How to go about it is the question of a lifetime.

    Of you can swing it i would up gh to daily and 6+ iu during the cycle and up to PCT

    i forgot to add if you do go over 5 iu daily you may want to split the dose 1/2 am other 1/2 mid afternoon

    your weight loss is because you dont eat enough to maintain the weight. That the reason case closed
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I remember reading a post by a vet on this forum some time ago where he basically said that if you want to be a big man, you have to eat like a big man. The amount of weight we'll keep on our frame is primarily dictated by our lifestyle (genetics). If you're eating poorly and resting poorly, your result is going to be poor. If you're serious about your diet and your cycle, your result will be serious. As for your HGH cycle. I'd recommend you not do the HGH right now. Stick with the diet and AAS.
