    Gh experimentation

    4iu gh 5/2 would be sufficient to produce some mass if ran for 6 months and stacked with as?

    GH isn't magic. It'll enhance growth slightly bit ONLY if you have the best nutrition plan and training regimen in place.

    6 months? Forget it. You'll be disappointed. That's no where near long enough.

    Anyone telling you otherwise is blowing smoke up your butt.

    I have the type of metabolism that I can eat all I want of anything and not gain weight. I want to stack with test 3months in. What would be a proper protocol to gain mass and retain it?

    Are you asking about a protocol for GH or a protocol for a cycle (AAS)?

    Your wasting your time and money. If you can't gain weight naturally your not going to maintain any type of new tissue built by aas or gh. Also 4 ius isn't going to do anything for mass gains.

    You need to stop with aas and gh and look into how you should eat properly to gain mass.

    The diet is clean. Chicken, natural almosts Greek yogurts protein isolate complex carbs ect. The diet is not in question. The help I am asking for is if 4iu 5/2 with aas for however long would give me results I can keep. What is a proper stack? I have had the most results with a Sustanon and win stack but I am new to hgh. I prefer to ask the advise of people who have some experience, as I have none in this.

    4iu for 6 months isn't going to do squat. It's not long enough bro.

    Gh or aas will not make you gain size or weight. First 4 ius will not build muscle mass no matter how long you run it. Second the weight you do put on from the aas will be short lived because you don't have a diet to maintain any new tissue. You need to have a solid diet and you don't otherwise you would be heavier and be able to put weight on, you will go back to normal after taking drugs because your diet isn't adequate enough.

    When you realise it is your diet what is in question you will start gaining but until then your going to waste money and your time.

    you may eat clean, but you dont eat enough. If your 148lbs and you used sust before your doing something wrong.
    4iu's of gh will never put on mass.

    welcome to the boards and the members of this forum r really trying to help you by pointing you in the prefered direction. in comparison to me (a girly girl), I am 8 pounds lighter and 3 inches shorter and am almost underweight. I came here trying to lose weight the easy way (supplements ; ) , only to read and learn that i needed to dial in the diet.

    might I add that Gixxerboy and Marcus have a combined posts of 46,000 +, so u have two of the most experienced folks helping you out on this. take a look at the nutrition form and those sticky notes at the top have a lot of useful information.

    Old school is better i know where you come from i been there, i was 138 pounds, i ate 6 times per day 1000 calories per meal and at the end of a year i was around 194 pounds.

    Gaining mass is so easy you don't need drugs to do it at all. I said it before i feel that GH is best used when you get older, and for repair. Unless you got $$$$$$ to take huge amounts of it.

    I would go natural for sure, drugs are so over rated.

    I am scratching the hgh and working solely on diet for now. Thank you for the suggestions. I do have money buy nobody wants to burn a few thousand and not get any results. Gaining mass has been a difficult process for me. Usually people have the opposite problem. Frustration ! Again, ty

    I was lucky to meet this older bodybuilder in plumbing school LOL older he was 34 at that time i was around 19.

    He showed me the ropes, yeah he did steroids but he told me that at 19 i did not need them, i needed to eat a lot more then i did but that was it. He took me to the drug store and i bought some periactin, they give this to arnorexic people to make them eat more.

    I gained so much weight, not all muscles but man just by eating. You want to spend money to gain mass buy a good weight gainer powder and 3.25% Milk, whole eggs, and you got a mega calorie drink right there.

    My mass gainng years where the best ever, you eat, and eat and eat, today t 40 years old i will never ever be able to do that again.
