    Will an 8day hgh gap set you back?

    Been on 5iu's for the last two months and have to travel in two weeks. Will I be setting myself back significantly if I take an 8day break? Thanks for any help.

    Nope just start again when u get back, I am out of town and taking a 3 day gap, no biggie either
