interested to hear what sarge has to say but I have read that it is fine for up to 3 months if stored in cool dark place, not reconstituted of course

I try keep as much as possible in fridge but it isnt feasible, I would need a seperate HGH fridge to store it all lol

The pharm companies vary a little in their storage instructions but most of them say to store it 2C - 8C if I remember right. And then it's good until the expiration date which is usually 1 - 2 years.

But they also say it's only good for 14 days refrigerated once reconstituted so I think both of these instructions are being way overly cautious.

In my opinion/experience (again just my opinion) GH reconstituted with bac water and refrigerated is good for at least a month. And unreconstituted unrefrigerated GH that's stored in a cool (around 70F) dark place is good for a year.

Also, unless it's exposed to extreme heat or extreme light, it will degrade or lose potency slowly over time. It's not like one day it's good and one day it's bad........it just slowly becomes less effective as time goes on.
