Question about insulin and carbs
Currently I eat a LOT of carbs, probably 300 gram of carbs and 200 g protein a day. I have a limited understanding of insulin , carbs, blood glucose level, storing these in liver cells/muscle cells/adipose tissue. What are your views on how to use insulin properly in this situation to prevent getting fat? How do you know or control how much carbs get converted and stored into muscle tissues instead of adipose tissue?
Thanks

You control you glucose levels through a healthy diet, staying away from simple sugars and carbs, white breads, soda pop, candy and just bad food. And replace it with complex carbs like live sprouted grains, sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa and other complex carbs. Things that dont dramatically increase blood sugar and cause insulin spikes in your body.
Eat this instead of that
Ezekiel bread instead of white/wheat bread
sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes
brown rice instead of white
hope this helps

Hi Razor, thanks for your response.
However, I am still interested in how you can use insulin to control weight gain (from being stored into adipose tissue). So I do understand how you can control your levels if you were not using exogenous insulin, but lets say that you are.
