Currently I eat a LOT of carbs, probably 300 gram of carbs and 200 g protein a day. I have a limited understanding of insulin, carbs, blood glucose level, storing these in liver cells/muscle cells/adipose tissue. What are your views on how to use insulin properly in this situation to prevent getting fat? How do you know or control how much carbs get converted and stored into muscle tissues instead of adipose tissue?
