Hey guys somim going to be using insulin at 10iu preworkout 4 wks on 4 wks off kinda deal. If used it before but post workout.

I've done some research on sensitivity and have gone out and got some r-ala, chromium picolinate and vanadyl sulphate (I also use cinnamon on my oats in the morning)

When would be the best time to take those sups in relation to my shot? With the shot or 1st thing in the morning? Does it really matter?
