What peptide is known for being the most effective for producing muscle growth?

I would say 6-8weeks of :
20mcg 2X a day IGF1 Des
or 40-60mcg IGF1LR3

Read up in the link though, you should study this sort of thing beforehand.

I took Igf1Lr3 and it was a waste of money.

I dont know about igf des though

Ive heard igf1lr3 is a waste of money from several other dudes to.

I was thinking about trying cjc1295 and ghrp2

If you're looking for muscle growth AAS is faster and cheaper. Peptides and HGH is a great long term solution but it doesn't come close to AAS in muscle building. One thing I did notice about HGH and peptides is that they help you hang on to muscles you gained from AAS.

Been using Mod-grf 1-29 and GHRP-2 for about 1 month now and can definitely feel and see a difference. I haven't heard many good things about taking IGF-1 either.
