should I do growth? (IGF-1 level tested low)

I wanted to run it by this forum because I greatly respect the opinions of users on this site. I've had my IGF-1 tested and it was 188ng/ml. the Z-Score was .5.

    My stats are:

    31 yo
    218 lbs
    9% body fat
done four cycles, last cycle was test and tren . Have problem keeping fat off though.

    What are your thoughts?

My family practice doctor isn't educated on all of this. I had a friend who owns a hrt practice tell me it was lower than normal and that optimal was around 400.

I can't tell if you're sarcastic or not. I was told 400 at IGF-1 levels is ideal for fat loss and slight muscle growth. Anything higher might actually cause unwanted side effects. this is from a plastic surgeon.

Life extenders typically take between 1 and 2 iu's a day. It's really a question of economics and availability. At $6/iu for gh, I'd probably just go with peps. If you can get it down to $2iu, and can get from a pharm, or HRT clinic, then I'd go with GH.
