just wondering if anyone has some experience running these 3 and wht they think the best way to run thm is .from what ive researched des prewrkout.mgf pwo and lr3 hr later .ive read that these should only be run month on month off type deal as well so igf receptors dnt get dwngraded.any advice would be greatly appreciated ty
