    T4 and hgh?

    I read a post on here that said if your not taking t4 with your GH your wasting it , is this true? Does ar-r carry t4 ?

    There is a synergetic effect of T4 and hgh. There is a good thread in here on that, search for it.
    No, ar-r doesn't carry it.

    It really depends on how much HGH you're using? If using large amounts then yes I would supplement w/ T4.

    I'm totally sold on T4 + HGH. I've been on HGH for 5 years and T4 for about 3 years. The combo of T4/HGH cuts fat like crazy. I eat just about everything and am able to maintain 12% to 14% bf with some cardio kicked in. Yeah, I know we shouldn't be using T4/HGH as a short cut to eating crappy but I really need a quality of life that only chocolate can offer.

    Well shit I maintain 10% and eat whatever with no cardio. I need to get some t4 and be 8% year round

    Gh lowers your thyroid function so you must use t hormones. Read the link and all will be revealed

    its an interesting read. i had to read it a few times as its quite technical ................i will definitely get some asap

    one question , are there any potential bad side effects physically or mentally ?
