Thumbs up Just another IGF-LR3 review.

    Hi All,

Thought I'd share my recent review on IGF-LR3, this information might help someone out there looking to try it or even answer a few questions. I'll keep it short and simple.

    Duration:
I ran IGF for approx 4 weeks.

    Dosage:
25mcg per shot x 2 into the muscle trained. 50mcg total.

    Protocol:
Pre workout, literally when I got to the gym locker room I would pin. I didn't follow the 5 on 2 off rule, I was tailoring it to my training schedule, so most of the time it would be 2-3 on and 1 off, I never ran it for more than 3 days on and never was off it for more than 2.

    Results:
My weight increased by a 2lb (approx 1kg) from start to finish, but what I did notice was strength gains all round, most noticeably in my legs and back. I do look a bit leaner around the mid section and calf's mostly.

There was no change in my diet or training, the gains received I do honestly believe were from IGF alone. I've been training for many years now so putting on size is something hard for me to archive.

Also I like to share, I've ran IGF several times before with all different types of protocols (pre wo, post wo, sub q, im etc.) and dosage's and I found this method was the only one that really worked on me.

Difference I found with pre workout compared to post workout, is that post would give me great hungar pains 15mins afterwards, but nothing food or a shake couldn't fix. Pre workout did improve the pump during the workout, but that is meaningless to me. No hunger pains.

Overall for myself, pre workout showed more gains in strength and slight recomp of the body.

Hope this review helps some of the guys out there.

    Cheers,
    Steve

    Thanks guys.

I figured it was time to give some sort of review regarding IGF, there is a lot of information out there, some old, some new and some just plain rubbish, hopefully my log can clear up a few things.

Interesting enough, I'm currently on CJC 1295 and GHRP6 cycle, only been a week in but after 4-6 weeks I'll give a short review, hoping to run this cycle for a few months at least, so thank you Granovich I'll be no doubt checking out that thread.

Did you see an increase in appetite and energy?

IGF is something I'd like to consider using soon..

Generally with me, I'm hardly ever 'hungry', (I drink so much water / bcaa's) but the only time I got hunger pains was when I pinned post workout, I would get them but other than that, nothing out of the ordinary.

As for energy? Could of been placebo but I felt great on it the entire time, I was keen to smash it at the gym and I noticed I could go longer before fatigue kicked in, but I can't say for sure if it gave me an increase in energy, however the feeling is worthwhile and I want it again

Give IGF a go, run it properly and have realistic expectations, you won't be disappointed in it. When I plan to run it again, it will be with cjc/ ghrp6 combo, or maybe cjc/ Ipamorelin, I'll worry about that when the time comes. Don't forget the few simple rules to follow with IGF

You've never done a casual jab in a public place lol? I remember when I was on my bike trip last year and was on my peps I'd have to do a quick poke while stopping for gas.
