    IGF-1 wait to eat

    Been a while since I ran IGF LR3. Cant remember, are you supposed to wait to eat after injection or does it not matter at all?

    Im not 100% but im pretty sure its bad to eat after inj cuz it will follow the blood flow and when u eat all the blood will go to ur stomach to help digestion. Ther for ur increasing igf levels in ur intestines.
    Thats why i always used a pre workout protocol
