When do GH sides kick in?

how long does it take for you to feel sides (tingling hands, sore joints, ect) of HGH that let you know it's legit?

I get crazy sides on 4ius a day. My friend only does 2ius a day and gets the same crazy sides. My other friend does 5ius a day and does not feel anything. We all use the same source for our HGH. Everyone reacts differently. My other friend did 2ius subQ and felt nothing. He switch to IM and has tingly hands now. You really need to see what works for you

Several factors: storage, reconstitution and sometimes location of injection sites. AM/PM split dosage. I do AM at 4ius when I wake up at 4:30am and go back to sleep and wake up at 530am. Sometimes I have a hard time with the sides so the next day I switch to AM/PM split dosage and can handle the sides. Does this really change the outcome if your HGH? Probably not but its how your body reacts.

i did pharm grade hgh a couple of years ago and never got any sides. i just started again recently and i get tingly hands and carpal tunnel.

I do 1 iu a day of real Pharm and I have slightly bloated hands. If I do 2 iu it gets really noticeable in my fingers and joints - can't get my wedding ring off.

I don't think there is a definite answer.

you may never get sides. you may get a lot of sides. it varies.

It's completely individualistic. Most people get sides from ramping up their dose too quickly or from taking large doses but plenty of people have virtually no sides from low or moderate doses.

If you want sides take 10iu a day for a week lol......

Carbs
I've just done my 1st pin 5iu can I eat carbs now or wait 1 hr or is it ok to have a breakfast shake that's only got 15g of carbs
