GR 1-29 and GHRP-6 in the same needle

They say you can inject GR 1-29 and GHRP-6 in the same needle. Except you need to be careful not to accidentally inject one into the other. How do you ensure that that doesn't happen? When you draw the first one it's simple to just inject the amount of air into the bottle, so it's evenly pressurized. However, since the needle is already full when you draw from the second bottle, you can't inject air into the bottle. How do you deal with the air pressure in the second bottle so that it doesn't automatically pull or suck for you?

Do you need to pump air into the second bottle first before drawing?

After the injection should you rub it with an alcohol pad, just hold an alcohol pad against it but not rub, or just leave it alone? I've heard all three, but I think you should hold an alcohol pad against it, but not rub, right?

When you aspirate , how far should you bring the needle back? What does it draw if you don't hit a vein?

    Thanks,

    Overthinking it WAY too much.

Air pressure not a big deal it this situation. Add air to the first but not second. Or neither. Doesn't really matter.

    Rub, hold, again doesn't matter.

Why are you pulling the needle back when you aspirate? Also you don't need to aspirate doing sub-q. I've probably done well over 1000 sub-q injections never once aspirated. It draws air if you don't hit a vein

Ok, cool, thanks. I figured it out. The GRHP-6 bottle was just super-pressurized from adding the bac water, so when I did it second, it filled automatically filled syringe really quickly. I just took 1ml of air out of it with the syringe and it's fine now. You probably want the bottle a little positively pressurized, but not that much. I get it now. But, when you first add the bac water, do you typically then remove some air before removing the needle for reconstituting it? I think that would be the way to do it.

And yes, I know I'm overthinking this too much again, but does it matter which one you fill the needle with first? I wouldn't think it would matter as they probably don't break down that quickly, but just checking.

    Thanks,
