I'm getting some real fatigue and depression problems. I've been doing 4iu ed. I only feel good at the end of my workout. Only for a few minutes and not any other time. I eat protein, good fat and veggies. I am consuming three quarters of my required calories. In a little more than a month I've lost 12 pounds while gaining two pounds of muscle but I am struggling greatly with fatigue, depression, hardly any hunger, insomnia, irritability and strangely for me-no anxiety at all.
Last night I did 8iu just to see if I would get any sides, in order to prove to myself I am taking the real shit. No sides and today I feel good. I want to stop because of the depression not because I got bad shit. I think it is good stuff. I'm also puffy in the face (cheeks).

I do eat high fiber bread in a sandwich twice a day. 1/2 a sweet potato or a bowl of beans with some white rice in the afternoon and fruit in the morning. I also put fiber in my protein powder and eat 2 grams of pistachios and 2 grams of fish oil ed (not at the same time of the fiber intake).

I went to the doc today, he said that some people report depression, irritability and a general meanness from Lunesta and suggested adding something to keep those side away...
Insomnia isn't so bad after all and I can learn to deal with it.

My bf loss and muscle gain is based on my Omron BIA scale. I don't know whether the readings from the scale are accurate and free of misinterpretation on my part or if I have crappy HGH. I'll continue until it runs out next month. I've already paid for an IGF-1 blood test which I'll take then. I wanted the HGH because I had nerve damage from an auto accident a few months ago and it hasn't been an issue.
