Blood results vs mass spectrum results

I recently had a mass spec run on the HGH I'm taking and it was said to be 11iu/90% purity. I've been running 5 iu a day SUB Q for 3 weeks. Prior to the IGF 1 test I took 10iu IM into the medial delt, bloods were taken approx 2hrs later. These are the results:

    IGF-1
    Insulin -Like Growth Factor I 292 HIGH 75-275 ng/mL

Although they're 'HIGH' they're definitely not 10iu high.
I'm wondering if I'm becoming GH insensitive. I recently went to run a cycle of IGF1 and wasn't feeling it at all, normally I would hit IGF and immediately have to chew off my own arm, I was beginning to think it was fake until my buddy ran only 50mcg and almost passed out. I ran up to 100mcg without feeling a thing.
Maybe diabetes is in my future....

Igf doesn't spike from one shot. It raises after a couple weeks. If you want to see 10iu igf levels, run 10iu a day for 2 weeks and retest. What was your baseline igf before any hgh? And what do you mean mass spec said 11iu? How many mg were in the vial? Post your mass spec....

Meaning each vial was 11iu at 90% purity. I guess in mg it would be 3.66
ah, I'm not that 'hip' on GH so I wasn't sure of the exact protocol when doing igf1 testing. From what I read it was 8-10iu IM 2-3hr prior.
I'll have to dig up the actual mass spec report, for some reason I only saved the bad mass specs locally.
