Forgive my ignorance. I thought I had this understood, but this peptide calculator is screwing me up. I just want to be sure before I start.

For some reason the peptide calculator @

Peptide Calculator | Reconstitute Research Peptides

is telling me that 5 ius would be tick mark 3 on my U-100 insulin syringe. It autofills in that there are two units per tick mark and that the syringe has 50 tick marks. I see 100 ticks marks on the 100 unit syringe. Therefore it is my understanding that each tick is 1iu Why is the calculator insisting that there are two units per tick mark? Am I missing something?

Here's what I thought I had right:

1MG 1gf1-lr3

Reconstituting in 1ML of Solution

I have a 1ML 100 Unit Slin Pin with 100 tick marks.

Therefore the desired dosage, 50mcg, would be 5 tick marks, or 5ius, or halfway to 10, the first number appearing on the syringe, correct?
