    Peptides, research liquids, leaner and stronger, someone just spell it out for me....

    The more i research the more I seem to get confused!

    I have two goals here get stronger and get leaner.
    I 6'4", 34 years old, 245 lbs and bf 18%
    I crossfit 2 times a week for the cardio
    Power lift and oly lift 3-4 days a week

    My diet is pretty well balanced, I eat whole foods and when trying to cut I will be in the 2000-2500 calories per day.

    What is going to be the most effective stack of products to help me get leaner and stronger. Please spell out what gear and protocol for me!!!

    Hopeful your training is going well BIG. Assuming synthetic testosterone and anavar are choice AAS/PIEDs... TB-500 & HGH are premium peptides worthy of consideration (for the crossfit/pl'er). Liquid chems such as nolvadex , arimidex and aromasin broadly cover bases from hormone replacement/therapy.
