I'm new to dosing. I've always worked out lots but never dosed at all. I just started a cycle using saizen. I started off with 2 iU's a day and just stepped it up to 3. I was wondering what the best dose would be for average muscle gains but rapid fat loss? I work on a oil rig so I'm very active at work for 12 hours a day so I was also wondering how much working out I should do after work of should I let my body recover rarer than going hard all day at work and a couple hours after work?
