I've been recommended to use 5 iu of ghpr 6 both morning and night. Along with 5 iu of igf 1 lr3 pre and post training generally 20 mins either way due to travel from home to gym..

After doing my own research ive not seen any recommendations of pinning before and after workouts? Mainly PWO.

If anyone could shed some light on this for me it would be much appreciated!

Also how many 50mcg of igf 1 convert to iu ? As I would want to minimize over dosing as I've been told anymore then 50mcg is a waste etc. I'm using iu. Thanks!
