    Insulin advice please!

    Hey guys!

    I wanted to ask all of you for some Insulin advice. Im not new to gear just insulin. Ive been hearing some great things and some bad. So if you guys can help a brother out.

    Im 6'4 255lbs with about 7% bf all year round

    What is the most effective type of insulin?
    What dosage?
    How many times a day?
    How many carbs etc..?
