a cycle will, but the severity of the shutdown depends on length and dosage

I think t3/4 production will always return to normal, whatever you throw I there. The body prefers homeostasis. It will self regulate. As said above the length and severity will determine how long this takes.

Your thyroid is pretty awesome resilient. I've been on 100mcg/ed of T4 for about 7 years (the same amount of time I've been on HGH). My supplier FVCKED up and dosed the T4 many many times the normal dosage. I thought I was dying when I lost 40lbs in 4 weeks. I was dropping 3lbs a day at one point. The endo did blood work and the T4 was so high it was off the chart. Within 6 weeks my thyroids were back to normal and has stayed normal. After 7 years of suppression with exogenous T4 and almost o'ding on T4 the thyroids bounced right back. Not telling anyone to try this just saying taking 1 dose of T4 ain't gonna do nothing.

There is no real pct for thyroid but it really is not necessary. People whose thyroid was shut down for years taking t3 resumed normal thyroid function within weeks after ceasing use, so it is in no way a necessity even if there was something that was viable.
