19 year old on HGH? Help
Hi
My friend wants to go on HGH, he needs help on whether he takes it. He is desperate to gain weight.
So his weight is 55kg and 175cm height.
He does some sports like cycling (9months), gym (2 months), crossfit (2 months) ,and horse riding for over 2 years.
His diet is not perfect, but he eats a lot of rice and meat, with protein shakes after his workout or training. He takes 20 amino acid chain tablets from now-food and opt men. He also just started testojack from now-food
He wants take HGH as he said it will let him gain weight and height.
He did a blood test here are what's on the paper.
Estradiol 97 pmol/l
FAI 120.1
SHBG 23.0 nmol/l
Testosterone 27.8 nmol/l
FSH 9.6 mIU/ml
LH 5.7 mIU/ml
He says it's beneficial because two of his friends gained weight and height when they were on HGH on was age 24 and the other was 19.

first of all 19 is way to young to cycle anything it can give you life long problems.... and HGH does not make you grow taller you should smack your friend in the face for giving you such shitty advice he has no idea what he is talking about, read the article on here about the young and steroids , work on getting you diet in check it take time and research, keep lifting and working hard and you will see plenty of gains at your age your HGH and test levels are plenty high enough at your age

I think its absolutely CRAZY for a 19 yr old to be using HGH.
At that age you need to take advantage of your natural production.
It typically don't start declining til age 30 or so.

HGH is used, generally, on pre-teens for growth augmentation. At 19 there is a good chance the growth plates have started to fuse already. From a purely AAS perspective, HGH has poor anabolic qualities as compared to Test. No one I know stays on "cycle" perpetually. Your liver couldn't take it. As a result the use of AAS provides only temporary gains. It takes a healthy diet and hard training to maintain and continue the gains. Turning to AAS to gain weight is not sound advice. Our bodies are natural systems like the rising and setting of the sun. You can't push it, too much, without getting into trouble. It's going to take time to achieve his goals. Here is my recommendation. 1) Determine how much weight he wants to gain and in what time frame. 2) Assuming it takes 3500 calories to gain a pound, calculate the total calories to be consumed per day to meet his goal. Let's say he wants to reach his weight goal in 12 weeks. 3) make out an eating regiment. Let's say he eats 6 times a day for 12 weeks with a total of 5000 calories consumed per day. 4) plan the workout schedule over 12 weeks. 5) Execute the plan. There's really no easy/fast way to achieve such a goal, IMO. It takes dedication and hard work. If it was easy, everyone would look like Arnold.
