Looks like you have loose skin from losing a significant amount of weight. Unfortunately there is no extra drugs you can take on top of the amount you're already abusing to help with that.

None of my business but how long have you been seriously training? You haven't even come close to your natural potential and your running everything but the kitchen sink?
To be frank, you're really skinny. You could gain 30 pounds of muscle naturally in a year or two with the proper training and diet.
My advice? Put in a good 3 years of diet and training and come back then.
But you aren't going to listen to me so what the hell ...

HGH will help remove belly fat, for sure. I've been on 5iu/ed for a long time and I can eat almost anything I want and I get little to no belly fat. HGH also replace some of the lost collagen in the skin. However, if the skin has lost it's elasticity due to rapid weight loss there's not much HGH can do. You're still young so I would continue to train and diet carefully. Be careful not to over medicate with AAS. It helps the natural process but it's not a short cut. There is no substitute for hard training and diet. AAS is only a temporary solution because one cannot stay on a perpetual cycle without blowing out one's liver. AAS only helps to round out the diet and training. Good luck.
