Norditropin simplexx real or fake?

Can somebody tell me if these are real of fake before I spend an arm and a leg on them lol

To my understanding their is different style boxes depending on the country they come from.

I've had pretty good experience with Norditropin in the past from my supplier before they stopped producing it. I haven't tried the ones in your picture so I can't vouch for it. The thing with HGH is that it's faked so much that it's almost impossible to tell if the HGH's good just from a picture.

I have Norditropin Simplexx 10mg 1.5ml cartridges but I don't have the pen. Can anyone tell me where I can get a pen from, or how to use it without the pen?
