I'm on month 4 pharm nordi and today my left hand has been numb all day. So weird. What causes this and any way to avoid it?

I've had tingling before, but I literally cannot feel my entire hand all day. What is the cause and the solution if any?

Would've thought there would be more guidance here. Taking otc diuretic and anti inflammatory. I play semi pro soccer and it's affecting my knees now as well. I cannot box either as my hands are randomly going numb. Waking up at night with numb hands is fine but I can't do the things I love to do to the best of my potential. Any input appreciated

Cts is were the median nerve is compressed mainly due to water retention during hgh therapy. Try and lower the dose for a few days. Have you been really active with your hands? try some B6 in some cases this helps.

i have a few fingers that have been numb for days. Its the fingers i use most day to day. The wise thing is probably to back the dose down but I know I'm still getting blood flow so I say screw it for now.
