I'm a 40 year old insulin dependent diabetic. I have had diabetes for like 8 years now. I take humalog sliding scale 3xdaily and lantis at night. Last a1c was 6. I'm an endo- meso blend(maybe 60-40). Really tough to burn fat. My question is can I use my insulin more efficiently to build muscle? Any fellow diabetics with any suggestions would also be greatly appreciated..
