    HGH and gyno

Is it true that you can potentially develop gyros on HGH? I'm about to start soon currently I'm off cycle and was definitely over weight. Looking back I have no idea how I didn't develop any gyno. I mean I was on Dbol and good test and based on what I see here I'm a No no for cycles lol. Off cycle no gyno, I did have to reach for Nolva once on cycle. Woke up one day and looked in the mirror and was like NOPE. Where the hell did I leave that nolva.
Taking HGH for a number of reasons not just exercise. fat loss is one of them. Will potentially look into cardarine too for fat loss. Although if cardarine can't be taken during a break I won't take it.

Forgot to add. Insulin as well? Low doses of insulin to help with nutritional absorption as I still want to put on size, it's just my bf is in need of control. I can wait on the insulin which is probably for the better

    Height, Weight, BF % ??

Hgh does not aromatize at all.

Did you run an AI on the Dbol test cycle? If u ran Nolva on cycle, what dosage and for how many weeks?

Have to be in the high 20% to low 30% like 28-33%. I was 187 pounds before cycle and 230 pounds at my peak on cycle. Dude I blew up. Considering the bf I'm happy with the result knowing I have to shed some fat before I can consider another. Hit some life stress towards my last weeks and Into PCT but apart from no sick pumps and not as much daily definition my strength is about the same at the gym. Just can feel it on rest days, can actually feel fatigued muscle and need to be careful not to overwork even if I feel good.

AI was aromasin 12.5 EOD to E3D switched to Arimadex halfway at .25 E3D. 2/3 in Up to .25 EOD to .50 EOD. Puffy nipples or not I just didn't like what I saw, played it safe Nolva 40 for three days then nolva 20 for about 6 day afterwards while .50 EOD arimadex. Got it under control to the point where last weeks of cycle I went back to .25 E3D

At that high of a bodyfat you need to get your diet in check before thinking about more steroids - you could have easily developed breast tissue under the pectoral muscles with cycling at that high bodyfat and you would be none the wiser from looking at a mirror. You also need to be running bloodwork post PCT.

Considering you don't know how to eat (evidence from high bodyfat %) you shouldn't be even thinking about insulin unless you want to end up in acoma, dead, or diabetic for the rest of your life. Insulin is dangerous and requires a perfect diet which you are nowhere near given the bodyfat and stats.

Going from 187 -> 230 lbs with that high bodyfat is not a successful cycle.

I'm not suggesting that it was perfect. Actually I started my cycle as I restarted going to the gym. Non the wiser at the time I was just having at it. Man dude. ,y body fat isn't that high from years of practice. More like 4 years of no activity at all. Keeping things short I started gym again as I started my cycle before I got here nor knew one the wiser cut me some slack.

Now if I was working out for 2 years with zero cardio and my bf was still that high yeah I'd agree 110%. But I started with this body fat all of three months ago.

Basic out look on diet is
    4 meals a day
    8oz chicken breast
    8 oz white rice
    4 ounce beans

Protein shake between meals and in morning
Cheat meals and couple times a week I do white rice, cheese and 5 or 6 eggs for a break from chicken or red meat instead.

Sorry I interpreted your response as harsh criticism. Not incorrect criticism, but harsh

I'd still like to build muscle, cutting seems rediculous thinking I'd rather view it as fat loss.

I've added 20 minutes of HIIT workouts after each lift. Program is 5x5 modified with barbell curls to hit my biceps. Close grip bench press to hit tris as well as chest.

I mean I admitted I was over weight to begin with man.

How did you calculate your bodyfat ? Did you use calipers or a dexa scan or anything ?

    https://forums.steroid.com/diet-nutr...men-women.html

^ Which one is closest to you ? A lot of people overshoot their body fat %. Your diet has a lot of room for improvement. I would suggest reading the stickies in our diet & nutrition section. Then, calculate your TDEE and post a revised meal program after reading the stickies.

If your stats are true, then even if you put on muscle, its going to be hidden from the fat.

No offense but everything you are talking about needs help. First I would post a photo of yourself and I can tell you immediately a round about body fat percentage, that will then dictate what you should be doing.....you can carb cycle and still make gains and lose tons of fat at the same time especially while taking HGH....

It is listed as a side effect in the Physicians desk reference but I've never seen anyone develop it from HGH, typically something else has caused it.

It was guessed yes. Thank you for the link, looking at the photos yes, I'm somewhere between 25% and 35% definitely no higher. I say that because my body composition is different and not in a bad way. At least I don't think.

I'll call my doctor and schedule a caliper reading to be on the dot. About the photos, there's more of a chance of me getting the calipers done first. Ironically let me cut down some bf before I do that.

I'll make time to read the diet section and I'll drop in with a revised plan.
    Thank you
