been on HGH for 4 months, need advice!

    Hi guys,

This forum has been very helpful for me with some of my queries re HGH since last 4 months. I have one more query & was wondering if i could get some advice from those who've used it.

I've been on HGH alone (Pharma grade) since 4 months now (1st 3 weeks 4iu & then 2iu due to swelling, etc.), I've seen amazing muscular gains, i mean I've not gotten too huge but i didn't expect that either, my muscles have definitely grown & i've noticed new fibres of muscles too.

The only thing which i did expect & didn't see any results with is my belly fat, i am taking more calories than what i was taking earlier & that includes more protein, fats & carbs, all of that but then i do cardio right after the jab in the morning (for about 2 - 3 Kms, sometimes only 1km) & then after a couple of hours i hit the gym for an intense/ heavy workout.

I don't see where i am going wrong cause i am really satisfied with my muscular gains (nobody can say that i am on any substance as the gains are not spectacular). I read a few articles before i went for it & all of them suggested that HGH would cut fat regardless of workout/ cardio & here i am doing 30 minutes cardio each day & an hour long intense training. Can anyone suggest what i can do to get rid of this little belly fat i still have.

    Thanks

keep in mind that HGH increases the hormone Ghrelin, which increases appetite (not only appetite but strong food cravings, yeah junk food too)
Hgh also causes quite a bit of water retention.

those two things alone will definitely make the mid section feel soft and smooth .
sure the HGH may be helping you utilize a bit of fat for fuel (thats what it does), but if your eating more and taking in more then your going to be storing more then your burning.

i see....so do you suggest i shouldn't eat much or maybe just cut down on my fats & carbs intake? I don't want to lose the muscle gains though :-)

Have you calculated your TDEE? That should be step one. Can you post your meal program that you are currently on (Not macros, but all the food you eat in a day).

You could also have water retention either from your hydration intake or sodium intake being off.

Keep in mind fat is an emergency fuel source, the body naturally doesn't want to get rid of it - that's why manipulating nutrition is key.

Also 2IU is not a huge dose, it probably would put your IGF-1 levels somewhere are upper or slightly above range. If the blood work range is say 120-200 units you would probably land somewhere around 180-230 .
