High igf1 levels, not taking GH
Range 80-280, I'm sitting at 305 IGF1
Is it okay? What causes this? I'm 29

Some people's ride high genetically and it's not a huge concern. Mine is always around 315. I have tested blood 3 times. Fucking Dr's ended up sending me to get a contrast MRi of my pituatary gland to make sure I didn't have a brain tumor.
The MRI showed nothing, confirming not to worry. I would imagine it would need to be WAAAAAAYYY out of range for real cause for concern. Do you have any symptoms? Why did you test your IGF-1 in the first place?
