    Cjc/Ipamorelin why on empty stomach?

I am taking this combination from my doctor and from a reputable source. Both Doc and manufacturer say it needs to be taken on an empty stomache in the evening. My challenge is that I eat 6x per day so I don't think my stomache is "empty" if I eat my last meal at 9, then pin at 10pm. I am just curious as WHY this is necessary. Thx in advance.

HGH won't secrete to high levels if you just ate.

unlike actual HGH , those peptides stimulate the release of GH from the pituitary and they have a short active life (an hour or two). GH is not going to naturally secrete if insulin levels are elevated (eating food creates an insulin response, therefore these drugs need to be taken on an empty stomach and no food consumed for at least an hour afterwards).

best thing to do is take first thing upon waking and do not consume food for an hour or so afterwards . OR switch to similar drugs that have a long active life , like CJC-Dac and MK677 . or just use actual exogenous HGH
