What to take?
First off, I'm broke as hell, so saving money is important
But, I thought I got ripped off on an order, come to find out I actually got a refund
I am running TrT and don't want to add gear, but trying to lose some fat
I'm thinking either getting some Balkan cyp (instead of running ugl) and some HGH frag and spend no extra money
Or just get HGH at 3iu/day and spend a extra couple hundred dollars. Which sucks, but w being on TrT, I want to maximize recovery as I don't want to have to dial back my training
Thoughts?

Ephedrine is cheap. So is caffeine and asprin. And you definitely won’t be dialing anything back when you’re all skeetered up.

I know. It definitely helps me focus, but not think clearly for some reason.
T3 makes me very hungry, I already have issues w hunger.
I've thrown in so much time and money into this shit with little progress with poor quality of life. Dnp , clen , ECA, t3, t4, tren , etc. It's time to dial it back and just do a sustainable diet and feel good and healthy for a while.

Dialing in your diet is going to be the thing that makes or breaks you. If you’re trying to lean out increase the length of your workouts, and add In cardio. The GH is going to help, but if you don’t want to spend the money I don’t think it’s necessary. Couldn’t say about the peptides are SARMs . I don’t know that much about any of them.

I'm thinking HGH 2.5iu/day... Though it makes me very tired in the afternoon usually so I'm still iffy. This place has it on a small sale and it pays for lab work. That plus the unexpected refund makes it manageable
Keep going with a moderate calorie deficit
I should feel pretty good, lose some fat. I'll add some cardarine eventually but I just finished a 10 week cycle of it so I want to give that some time
I kept throwing gear and stims and shit at it. I just felt terrible and being in a calorie deficit I wasnt building muscle or strength. So it was just shit quality of life for nothing. I'm not doing a show any time soon or anything, it was pointless. I feel like I just wasted the last year. I'm doing it the right way now. Cut down to my goal, then work on building muscle with a reasonable amount of mild gear and a small calorie surplus. Taking the marathon approach this time, no more being impatient

heres my idea for something you can run long term that will make you feel just fine and healthy and you won't feel like your on cycle at all.. you'll just get steady fat loss . you won't be melting and toxic like on DNP , you won't be all stemmed out like ephedrine, and you won't be on high dose gear.
but the synergy of it all works great for fat loss
HGH-frag 500mcg
low dose Clen (I'm talking only 20mcg)
replacement dose of T3 (25mcg)
Yohimbe only 5mg
Sr9009 injectible (this is just like Cardarine but with better fat loss properties)
Synthetine 600mg
Test 250mg
Var 25mg
now sure thats kinda a long list. but everything has its synergy with one another.. all together works magic for fat loss, but dosages are low and nothing is extreme and other then injecting you mentally won't even feel like your on cycle . can be ran at a fairly long steady pace safely (can cycle off the Var here and there if worried about liver enzymes, but at that low of dose guys run that half the year on TRT without much issues)

What's the protocol on that? Online says dose 3x a day w food. But the creator of the compound saying it has 0 oral bioavailability (hence why I assume you said injectable)
Since it effects the circadian rhythm, I assume subq first thing in the morning?

MK677 is a good bang for your buck compound. 12.5/15mg in AM and again on Pm (most labs are going to be dosed at 12.5 or 15mg).
If you do UGL everything
100mg Test
100mg Deca
100mg Primo
MK677 in AM + PM

I'm a big fan of MK677 , however I'm not much of a fan of it for use during dieting or cutting. a few reasons why
- MK is probably the strongest appetite stimulate that I know of.. it will make you ravenous and want to eat everything in sight. not good for dieting.
- MK will make you lethargic. while dieting your already in a calorie deficit and lethargic to begin with, probably trying to get through 2 cardio sessions and a weight training session every day .. while bulking its not a big deal. you have plenty of cals and carbs, and probably just have 1 weight training session per day and thats it.
- MK drives blood sugar up pretty high nearly all day. your going to burn body fat much easier when blood sugar levels are kept low
now yes, of course MK is going to raise HGH levels, and that is going to help promote lipolysis. but I think the 3 things above out weigh this

Kickass man. I maintained bodyweight and lost fat.... granted I was doing cardio 2x day.
Be careful with the frag not to eat fats directly after taking it. Frag frees up the fat and if you don’t burn it, it goes back into storage. I used it in a fasted state first thing in the morning to make sure I burnt the fat that was released.
