Water retention on HGH
On day 14 of 4iu per day HGH. Having carpul tunnel pain in wrists pretty bad but nothing I can’t handle. I’m also having some water retention. I expected that but I’m just wondering if it goes away over time. If not are there any health concerns if I were to hold a lot of water for long term.

Drop down to 2IU and increase by 0.5-1IU per 30-45 days.

Yeah, I figured lowing the dose would relieve the sides. That’s pretty self evident. Not the question though.
The question is:
Will water retention go away with time and, Since the sides are not unbearable, if I choose to leave the dose as is, are there any negative health issues to worry about if the water retention remains for a long period of time?

Will it go away with time? That depends on if you have a crystal ball. Everyone is different.
Water retention around bones, joints, ligaments, and attachments will increase your chance of injury. Water retention in fingers is also a precursor to carpal tunnel. Your fingers, elbows, etc don't have to blow up like balloons either for the water retention to be evident.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

I thought it might be like mk677. I ran that before and water retention only lasted about 3 weeks and went away.
I heard somebody say water retention could do kidney damage. I googled it and couldn’t find anything that said that. Is there any truth to that?Last edited by T-boner; 10-14-2019 at 02:29 PM.

I had bloodwork pulled to see if my GH is legit. It was day 12 of 4iu per day. I had blood pulled exactly 2 hours after pinning in the morning. My IGF1 is 421.
My previous IGF1 before being on GH was 191. One time it was as low as 160. Is that ruffly where I should be on 4iu or do you think my GH is under dosed?
Is that high enough to get gains or do I need to do more GH? I know it’s takes a while. I plan to run it for at least a year. Just don’t want to waste time and money doing 4iu if it really takes much more than that.
