TB500 for chronic lower back pain?

    Hey everyone,

I'm looking into TB500 for my lower back pain. I've tried a few other approaches to manage the pain (chiro, massage, nsaid, muscle relaxer), but it's still persisting. There is nothing structurally wrong with my back, but the muscles have become very inflamed regardless of stretching and exercising. I definitely do not want to take a stronger pain killer for this.

I'm hoping someone can share their experience using TB500 for muscle pain. It looks pretty expensive online and with Christmas shopping etc, I'm just hesitant to purchase something that might not work for me. I'm thinking of running 10 mg weekly until I can taper down to a maintenance dose.

Note: I've also researched BPC-157, but have seen that it's administered locally and don't know if I can pull off a lower back injection by myself.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks

BPC does not need to be administered locally that is a misconception. You could just pin in your hip region or glutes.

There's a few online calculators that will determine how much TB you need but likely you will be closer to 1mg/day.

Yes they both work but your mileage may vary. Just like everything else, there is an individuality component. Only way to know for sure is to try.

Most important factor is to be 150% sure on your source so you don't buy snake oil.

I've tried them both for tendon pain in my elbow. I seem to have gotten better milage out of BPC... But I ran it back to back with TB, so it might have been a counting effect.

As Windex said, you can inject it anywhere, I went with the abdomen for both.

    Thanks Charlie.

I've been seeing a lot of positive feedback from BPC. I may try that instead of TB. It looks cheaper as well.

Looks like 500 - 1000 mcg daily is a dose commonly used.

If you can afford both I would use both for 6-8 weeks. I feel like they are synergistic but I'm not really sure.
