What is the optimum IGF-1 levels for growth?

About to start HGH peptides GHRP-2, ipamorelin and sermorelin. I'm currently on TRT 160mg a week with my trough at 770 total and just had my IGF-1 levels checked and they were 246. Like the title says what is the optimal level that most people shoot for?

What's your age? That's a pretty decent score for most ages. You recent labs should have the reference range for your age listed.

When I supplement my levels, I don't like to keep it much past 400-500 ng/mL for more than 5 or 6 months. No science to back that up really, I'm just in my mid-50s and am a tad more conservative than some.

When not supplementing via GH, but lifting regularly, I am usually in the low 200s.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

You're at a good place. If you decide to supplement, run your peptides and see where you are at. Personally, I would run your peptides and check levels again at the halfway point.

Just out of curiosity, what's your free T trough level?

My free T is 26.4. This is all still fairly new to me because everything I learn is through here and research. Sorry if my questions seem elementary but everything I'm doing is under the supervision of a dr.

What's the reference range for your free T? No problem on the questions; that's the whole purpose of the forum.

It doesn't show a reference range, and thank you I appreciate that.
