How does HGH actually improve X, Y, Z?
Hey guys, was just thinking the other day. I know HGH increase lipolysis, but how exactly does it improve sleep and other things, when it doesn't last that long in the body. From what I understand, HGH converted to IGF-1 in the liver, so if you're taking GH in the AM, how could that spurt help you sleep better at night in the PM?
Is it the IGF-1 that does all the magic (aside from fat-burning)?
I'm just curious. I've been taking low dose of tren (200mg) and I know it raises IGF-1 levels. Instead of insomnia, I've been getting deep vivid dreams, which is what caused me to ponder about this.
