IGF Des and it's local growth factor

Never used Des before can anyone vouch for the fact that it causes local growth in the injection site? What kind of protocol would you recommend for delt width as far as timing and dosage? Want to take my delts from really good to freaky in this next meso...

When injecting IM, a needle inserts a substance that only contacts the very immediate area of cells before it is absorbed by the capillaries and into the bloodstream for systemic distribution. If this substance does cause a "local" effect, like BPC 157, then it would be wise to administer it in multiple places by fractioning the overall dose by the number of places administered.

This is something in wondering about as well. I use the igf-1lr3 which is systemic. I'm unsure of the Des version. I've also been using 15 iu of novalinR before each meal. I am diabetic and recently switched to insulin , instead of metformin. This is my first post here and will be doing a lot of searching. Looking forward to learning a lot!
