    calling lifter girl

    lifter girl, any chance i can get you to fax me the rotator cuff handout so i can start giving them to my patients for rehab? it would helpme big time!!pm me and i will give you my fax # i appreciate if you can help. thanks

    very useful info for all. take her up on her offer. also on a side note for you big benchers, rotator cuff work can and will help your press. good movements to add in as auxillary work using dumbells or rubber bands. keep the rep high and the weight and band tension low.
