    Lower rib/abdominal pain.

    Hey guys,
    I was using the leg sled machine last Thursday and put a high amount of weight on. While I was doing it, I had my hands in my abdominal area but then I moved them to the grips on the side and when I did something tore. The pain is on my left side and feels like its in my ribs. They are sensitive to touch. Now even when I squat down and stand up I get pain. Its also uncomfortable to lay on it while I am sleeping. Any ideas?

    How long should I continue to ice it for? Should I skip on my workouts also?
