Terrible Pain, Scapula & Spine

On movements such as lat pull downs, tricep pulldowns i have a huge pain in my scapula and towards the right side of my spine. i already posted this a little while ago but now it's still killing me. can anyone help me atleast diagnos this? its like right behind my right shoulder blade but close to the spine

could be the rhomboid muscle and maybe even a little subscapularis, supra and infra spinatus , mid trap and lat as well as spinal multifidusand thoracic iliocostalis. have you been icing and avoiding movements that aggrevate it? might be a good idea to seek out someone that does active release technique or sports massage
