acne treatment...How to: Sea salt bath?

i want to try taking sea salt baths for my acne problems and was curious if anyone here has tired.... if so here are questions?


1.Sea salt or epson salt?(just ordered 55lb of dead sea salt)

2.how much do i use per gallon or per tub? (can i use too much?)

3. How frequently should i soak and for how long?

4. what kind of temperature should the water be?(can i do room temp and leave the tub full for multiple soaks?)

5. has anyone ever tried putting the salt in the hot tub?

bump. i got a hot tub just to put salt in. and tanning bed on way .lol
