Acne Facial Cleanser

What main ingredients should a good daily facial acne cleanser have, to make your face looking soft, smooth, clear and healthy looking??

I just started using the new L'Oreal Acne Response kit. Its pretty good without being too drying--I'm one of the few odd balls with sensitive oily skin. (I've used Proactive and found it too drying for my skin.) It uses a salicylic cleaner, glycolic toner, and a benzoyl peroxide moisturizer. (Dissolves oil, removes dead skin cells, and kills bacteria.) So, its like a triple threat without being really harsh. Its only like $20 for the kit at discount stores, which is cheaper than Proactive.

are those exfoliants with beads bad for your skin, i heard somewhere that it makes your acne even worse

The beads are really mild, not rough. The cleanser is a clear gel, kind of liquidy with only a few beads. Its not like a full on scrub. It didn't irritate my breakouts, but I'm sure everyone is different. When I used Proactive's cleanser it felt like I was cleansing my face with fine sand in cold cream. I've heard good things about the Neutrogena's kit too, but I haven't tried it.

i went to the store and saw it for $40, i was like **** that!, i just got a salyic acid cleanser and a benzoyl peroxide on the spot cream, its working good, my acne is clearing up

It's all about the Nizoral for me baby. The stuff works wonders, I use Clearasil in the morning and afternoon to clean my face, but then Nizoral at night to clear it up
