    shoulder bone impingement

i had an mri done several months ago and it showed an impingement in my right shoulder. didnt really bother me until my trap workout yesterday. i felt it popping as i was doing shrugs. i never had it happen before when i was doing shrugs so i was wondering if upright rows may have been the cause of the reaggrivation since i havent incorporated them into my training.
will this impingement ever go away?

very possible. impingement syndrome is a tricky thing,i had a case of it or a while, i took some time off , rested , iced and strengthened my rotator cuff, the problem went away, and that was that
